ReturnAudit ("the App") is operated by Oskar Sander. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a merchant using the App.
When you install ReturnAudit, the App requests read-only access to the following Shopify data:
We do not collect customer names, email addresses, payment information, or any personally identifiable information about your customers.
Order and refund data is used solely to generate your return analysis report. The data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce the report text. We do not store your order data after the analysis is complete.
We do not persistently store your Shopify order data. Session data (your store's access token) is held in memory while you are using the App and is not written to a database or disk.
ReturnAudit uses the following third-party services:
You may uninstall the App at any time through your Shopify admin. Upon uninstallation, we no longer have access to your store data. To request deletion of any data we may hold, contact us at returnaudit@gmail.com.
ReturnAudit complies with Shopify's GDPR webhook requirements. We respond to mandatory data erasure and data request webhooks as required by Shopify's Partner Program.
