These terms apply when you install or use Return Audit ("the App"), a Shopify app operated by Oskar Sander in Estonia ("we"). By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't install the App, or uninstall it.
With read-only access, the App reads your store's refunded orders and the number of orders placed in the same period. From these it produces a report: your return rate, which products and sizes drive returns, the reasons customers gave where Shopify has them, and suggested fixes. The figures are calculated from your Shopify data. The written part of the report is produced by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude).
The App is currently free. If we introduce a paid plan, every store that installed the App before the paid plan is introduced keeps the features available on that day free of charge, for as long as the App stays installed on that store. Features added later may be part of a paid plan.
Any charge would go through Shopify's billing. We will tell you before anything is charged, and nothing is charged without your approval in Shopify.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suited to a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or discontinue the App or any of its features. If we discontinue it, we will try to give notice in the App or by email.
Use the App only for stores you are authorised to manage, and in line with Shopify's terms and the law. Don't try to access other stores' data, disrupt the service, or copy or reverse-engineer the App.
What the App reads, stores and deletes is described in the Privacy Policy. Uninstalling the App deletes your store's credentials and report history from our database.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits or revenue, or for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of a report. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 euros.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may end or suspend a store's access if these terms are broken, or if Shopify ends our access.
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the App or by email before they apply. The date at the top shows the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes go to the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory law gives you the right to use another court.
